So my ex is a complete ahole...We r getting divorced for his infidelity and just being a complete jerk off and today he took my daughter from daycare without me knowing (claims to have txt me about it) and now is going to leave her wo diapers until i get off of work and he can come to my place and get some. He has borrowed a considerable amount of money from me & out of her college account and I asked that when he sells the truck that is in both of our names that he put 1,000.00 back into her account and we ll wash the debt clean. He spent all of our income tax return money which was wo paying her back or giving me a dime of it and didnt start paying any sort of support until about a month ago when he had to bc of the divorce...do you think that im wrong to want him to pay back bc he thinks im out to get him. Keep in mind he is keeping everything from our marriage except the best thing our daughter...but i think he should pay something and he doesnt. What do u think i should do?

He has visitation rights and apparently today is his day off...I dont mind him seeing her bc he is her father and she loves him and no we dont fight around her but it drives me nuts to see how he cares more about his own pockets then his daughters education...one comment he made a long time ago was that "shell make the money back, shes still young"...Im not rich and every penny towards her not having to depend on anyone and get a proper education is necessary in my opinion...

First of all you need to take his name off the list of being allowed to take your child from the daycare.
Second if the truck is in both names he can't sell it without your signature and the check would have to be made out in both names therefore you have some control over the money. If he doesn't do that then you need to make sure your attorney is well aware of what is going on.
You shouldn't let him walk all over you like that. Stand up for your child if you won't stand up for yourself.

Your daughter doesn't need to see mom and dad fighting all the time. Maybe you should just let the money go and make it impossible for him to take anymore money out of the account. He's a jerk for stealing money from his baby's education but he's still her father.

tell the judge the slime took money from your daughters account and wont put it back. i am sure they will think very highly of him. he should give you back the money. i walked away from my marriage with my son too. nothing material. why did he pick up your duaghter from daycare anyway???
