I am moving to the Atl Ga. area and would like to know what kind of house would be affordable for a young senior citizens to buy into.

find something with one floor, french doors that open onto a garden patio, plenty of sun, and 2 bedrooms....thats what i would want if i were your age....also something easy to keep up in terms of house and lawn maintenance (the less lawn the better), and within walking distance to something quaint...find a cute lil cottage and paint it with jazzy colors...

Think like a trailer. It is small. No stairs to worry about when you get older. A phone some where in reach. Some elderly have started there own retirement trailer parks where I live up north. If you are ever in trouble give a shout and people next door. Try a condominium. Same Idea of closeness.
