I need transportation to and from an out-patient surgery- non-emergency- from Brea to Laguna Hills

Good for you. What's your question? This sounds like a craigslist.org posting for Orange County, not something you should be asking here. You can always call a taxi, you know. I believe they have them in Orange County.

NOT a smart a** answer.
Most outpatient surgery sites specifically prohibit surgery if the patient plans to use a taxi.
There is an option that most will accept.
Does the local transportation agency (bus, transit etc.) offer a "Medic-Cab" service. Call and ask.
The drivers with those divisions have additional training for medical response, and some are security bonded so that they can help the patient into their home and get them settled.
Just a thought.
