Primarily in terms of the Adenosine portion. Instead of the application for ATP, ADP, and AMP...how are they made? Where do they come from?

This is a question based on Resipiration.

It would be useful if you also stated where the ATP was being produced. If you are doing stuff with photosynthesis, it is a completely different thing than respiration. If you are simply looking for the chemical structure (not equation) then ATP is adenosine triphosphate. So look up the nucleotide adenine, and where the phosphate backbone is, add 2 PO4 groups.

Clarification of your question would help immensly

Well, I just so happened to find a few websites...

Photosynthesis is the process by which plants grow and develop. They work at night...without the light.

The reason why some houseplants do not grow well..could be that they are in a room that is "on" all the time...such as livingroom or kitchen.

adenosine triphosphate is produced through substrate-level phosphorylation (i.e. a high energy phosphate group is added) to a molecule of adenosine diphosphate
