I need to make a hand fan that is made by beackock's feather. I want to know how to achieve it. I have seen some beautiful beackock hand fans and i just can't stop admiring it. I want to make one.

I don't know what a beackock is, sorry.
A feather fan in general is easy to make. So maybe this can help.
These instructions are for things like peacock, goose, and ostrich. But I assume a "beackock" feather is the same as any other feather.

Go to an arts and crafts store, get some feathers, glue and paper. glue the feathers to the already folded up paper and let dry.
