Can a person be addicted to another person, what I mean is, can you totally not want nothing to do with this person, but when they come around you can't help yourself but give into them, even though you despise them? Or you seek them out yourself, like you just have to be around them. Does that make sense?

Sure. Sex is a powerful thing.
After further reading your question, I have to say that if you can't help yourself but to give into the person, it means it's not true that you want nothing to do with them as you stated above. If you really wanted nothing to do with them, your dislike of their presence would be greater than your desire to give into them.
I had situations like that before, but at some point I put an end to it.

Yes, this happens to many people.
I think people become addicted because of a main attraction to the other person.

yep, been there done that...matter of fact still doing that. I don't what it is but it seems like it's hard to make that break even though you know it's (he's) not good for you. It seems like the similar addiction to drugs and/or alcohol....crazy isn't it?

It has not happened to me... I tend to disassociate myself from people I don't care for. I imagine it can happen though. I tend to get addicted to people I like. If I don't see them often I get bummed.
