my boyfriend and i was driving back to our currents locations and he asked if i could see myself spending the rest of my life with him.. i asked him if he has something up his sleeve that i needed to know about but he smiles and says no.. could that question he asked me be a sign that he is about to pop the big question? i am nervous about it, should i be?

Well, sounds a bit to me like he is curious to marry you, perhaps. I mean, if nothing else, he is saying in so many words how fond he is of you. This is what happened to me. Just dont have any expectations and then this way you wont get hurt. If you get yourself all caught up in it, it may not happen and youll be pissed. Hang in there and dont rush anything. If its meant to be, it will be.

That was a probing question. If he sensed that you were receptive to the proposition, he'll definitely pop the bigger question. Otherwise, it will just be back to watching Lord of the Rings.
