Depression is also a mental illness, when a patient is living with both the patient is referred to as having a co-occurring disorder or co-occurring mental illness. It depends on the context you use it in. In the U.S. Army it can mean Company or the Commanding Officer of a unit. In the fire service we use it as either meaning Carbon Monoxide and I have seen it used for a Company Officer. CO can also stand for County. Hopefully I listed one of the meanings for the context you were looking for.
