I use all that stuff for acne treatment but my skin still gets oily. I hate it, especially at school when I wear make up and I can't just wash my face...

I use ARBONNE... my skin has improved sooo muuchhhh... also they have this personalizer which is great for us who have oily skin ... write them and they could help you some more... the important thing is that they are botanically based products and no animal or mineral products.... just great you will love your skin ... oily skin has it advantages, we age less since the lines will not deepen as much as with dry skin people.... Believe me, i have tried everything and finally i found what is right for me ....i had been strugling with acen for over 9 years ...... i had treid everything and every doctor and every home treatments .... but i only had to use arbonne to see the difference and fast !!!!

I take 12-15 tabs of pantothenic acid (vitamin b5) per day. It's really the only thing that will reduce oil production. You can google it and read others' success with it as well. I read that it didn't work for everyone, but everyone I know who uses it swears by it.

I get the 500mg tabs online for about $5 for a bottle of 100, which isn't expensive. You can get just about any brand, but make sure they're 500mg each, or you'll have to take more pills. The hard part is actually taking them. I usually take them in groups with my meals: 4 at breakfast, 4 at lunch, 5 at dinner.

My spots went away after about the 2nd day of taking them. I wish someone had told me about this years ago.

Oh, you may need more than I take. I weigh about 100 lbs.

I've heard good things about ProActive Solutions. I used Johnson's Clean and Clear face wash, astringent, and moisturizer for acne control. My face and hair were really bad in school too-but you slowly grow out of it. (I'm now 30). Try the avon brand of products. Sometimes it just takes finding the right combination of products. Go easy on the moisturizer-and try an oil controlling powder and try without foundation if used. Again, avon has these products too.

I have really oily skin and I get rid of extra oil during the day and keep my makeup from sliding off by using oil blotter papers.

You can get blotter papers and use those during the day. You can buy them at the drugstore in the makeup section, and I know proactive makes some you can order on ebay.com, or just cut your own little squares of tissue paper (like you use for gift wrap) and carry them with you.
Just blot your skin with them, takes the oil and shine off your face, but leaves your makeup on.

Try going to a natural mineral makeup(www.everydayminerals.com and you can get a sample) and try Biore face wash. At night you can lightly dust your face with corn starch (find it in the baking isle at the grocery store). Over exfoliation of your skin can cause breakouts.

use sea breeze astringent after you wash your face with your original facial wash. it usually cleans up the dirt and oil in your skin.

and don't wear a lot of makeup. that just adds to the dirt and oils in your pores.
