Just bought a goodmans gnav10 sat nav,and I cant seem to get a first gps fix. It just keeps saying low signal.

if you are in a covered building like an underground parking. the satelite can't get a fix on you. however It might also have to do with the war in Iraq(really) The 16 GPS satelites currently used by the Public are property of the US military. If they have too much traffic themselves they can jam certain satelites for civilian use. If that one is positioned closest to you it can happen that you get no feed
