Really depends on the look you're going for and your age. Under thirty you should stay away from bright reds. For drama go with a frosted shade in a plum. For everyday, a creamy mauve is a nice accent or a pink with gold shimmer. I don't think there is one perfect shade its much more fun to use several for different moods.

Depends if your fair skin has a pinkish hue or yellowish hue to it. Then you pick lipsticks that fall into the proper category.
