How can you tell if a officer is harassing you?

how can you tell if a officer(law enforcement) is harassing you because of your race?..If you have proof like a tape recorder....would you be able to sue for harassment? ....

Seriously it is a technique to get you to blow your cool. It doesn't have anything to do with race. If you put 3 white teens in a car on Friday nite, they are going to hassle them. Age and numbers are their hot bottons. Stats probably prove them right.
