There is not a Greek goddess with that name.

Belladonna was a Roman goddess, not a Greek.
Also, belladonna is a poisonous herb. Witches are supposed to use it to get into a trance or something.

The only belladonna I know is the nightshade plant and a rock/pop group. Would like to know who this goddess is.

Belladonna (from the Italian expression "bella donna", beautiful woman) is another name for Deadly nightshade (Atropa belladonna), a well-known, hardy perennial shrub, a member of the nightshade family. It was the original source of atropine.

belladonna is a plant. the origin of the name is italian/latin. there is certainly not a greek goddess with that name. if u heard that name in 'xena', please keep in mind that this show invents its own gods and does not refer to greek mythology.

maybe you should check out that name again.... it sounds more italian and definetely not greek
