Does DDR2 have the same High/Low density issues as DDR?

Im building a gaming PC and have a ASUS M2N32 SLI-Deluxe motherboard which takes up to 4GB of 800Mhz DDR2 RAM but do I still need to make sure the density is correct as with the original DDR?

Yes, according to crucial.com you have to match the density.

DRR2 is better than DRR in any aspect expect price =]
