A girl at class is smarter than me and she is one of my best friends!!Does that make me mean and a loser?

No. And who says she is smarter? Intelligence comes in MANY forms and can be VERY difficult to measure. In fact there is a whole lot of disagreement on how to measure it. But if you mean that she's getting better grades than you, well, that happens. No reason why you can't be friends. Besides, the day may come when you'll be doing better than her on something.
The only things that would make you mean and/or a looser would be if you stopped trying to do your best, and/or stopped being friends with this girl because of the grades thing.

of course not . It just means you need to work harder to beat her, besides there will always be some one in the world that will be better than someone else at somethings , so we just have to get use it

it will is you don't control your feelings. just don't get too competitive and focus on learning and doing what you came there to do.
