If you have Windows XP, go to Control Panel, click on Appearance and Themes, click Change The Computers Theme, it will go to a window that says DISPLAY PROPERTIES, then click on Appearances. Under Color Scheme, click SILVER. IT will change your bar and everything that was blue to silver.

If you see a menu at the top of your broweser, click on

Right click on the desktop, then PROPERTIES, APPEARANCE, COLOR SCHEME.

You might also be interested in a free program called ObjectDock (google it), it works like the cool magnifying tool bar you see on Mac/Apple computers but its for a PC.
