"When I see you smile, I can take on the world."
Or "You left me, just when I needed you the most."
They are old 80's songs, but I was struck at how they could relate to a lot of relationships. Do you have a favorite song that describes your current love life or your past relationships? What is it?

the very reason i LOVE certain songs or artists is because i can relate to what they say, or because i've felt what they felt

if i cant relate to the story or if the song has no story i probably dont like it that much - am i the only one? i thought everyone was like this

James Blunt - You're Beautiful - i've been down that road!!

Pretty much anything by Staind - i love schitzophrenic conversations, its a song off their latest album, its not a single tho, but its my entire life!!!

the 3 Doors Down singles that were recently released off their album "Away from the Sun" i think its called - all those songs are special to me

basically if i love it, i've lived it!!!

My last one was quite painful and I think of it every time I hear the song

"I Can't Make You Love Me" by Bonnie Raitt

a beautiful, sad song about unrequited love

I currently like "leave me alone" by the veronicas.
Or Frankie J's "Don't Wanna Try" is a good one.
