i went from dsl to dial up Internet and have been unable to get into yhaoo spades yahoo pool or yahoo literati

i keep getting that i have one of four problems im behind a fire wall im not connected to the internet game server is down and i may have a stale page in my cache can some one help please

yahoo now uses popups to enter rooms,DO NOT turn off popup blocker,no need.if you do you get flooded with popups. click on popup blocker click on always allow.add yahoo.com to list. then the 1st thing you do when you enter lounge is check play small window in option box. .yahoo is now running sales ads in rooms. by expanding room,"ADS AT TOP" disappear once in small room you can expand it,,you only see top half of cards but you can play.and see chat area so you can talk to other players.
. you need java for games,but not to open them,if you have microsoft VM. go to control panel open internet options advance tab,scroll down to see if microsoft vm is there if so unclick the 2 java listed click apply then ok. close.this lets msn vm launch games. this will SPEED UP game loading time.UPDATED INFO about new problem..BLANK SCREEN> set pop up blocker to always allow games.yahoo.com to do this when you try getting in lounge and it doesn't work.click on pop up blocker. always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked.high light yahoo.com then click allow.next go to shove-it.com.find game you want to play.click on file,send,desktop short cut.this gives you a straight link to shove it.now click on lounge,log in,it will probably take you to my yahoo.close it now click lounge again and your in. nice this is you can get in any lounge thats full or not. good luck with your games.

I don't know which browser you're using but try Opera (it's free) and then select 'explorer emulation'... I've tried all the things that yahoo tells you to do and they never worked. Opera does.
