George W. Bush tells the American people that "the surest way to avoid attacks on our own people is to engage the enemy where he lives and plans." However, the plain fact is that in the decade before the invasion and occupation of Iraq by the American military, Iraqis were responsible for precisely zero killings of Americans. Now, little over three years since the beginning of Bush's war in Iraq, Iraqis have killed thousands of Americans. Is this what Bush calls "the surest way to avoid attacks on our own people?" Now, for people outside the Bush White House, hundreds is a bigger amount than zero. Apparently, Bush himself disagrees with that calculation. Dangerous, fuzzy math!!

Fuzzy math + a coke fiend alcoholic / son of privilidge (Imbecile) - (Treason)+ {crimes against humanity} = the most vile, corrupt, polarizing war monger this great nation has ever seen, George "DUH-bya" Bush.

I believe a few of the hijackers from 9/11 were Iraqi or had trained in Iraq with al Qaida. Saddam sent cash rewards to families of suicide bombers in Israel. His money inspired further attacks, which may have targeted American citizens. Iraq's oil money was being funneled to numerous terror organizations who targeted Jews and Americans. General alTikriti admitted Iraq had weapons of mass destruction up until a few weeks before the invasion by coalition forces began. The WMDs were moved to Syria with the aid of Russia and France. All this adds up to equal UN agreements being broken as well as the involvement of Iraq in WMD production and distribution of funds to anti-American groups. Call me an idiot, but his math may not be the best but I bet it has saved thousands of more lives than letting an intern blow him while he sat back and followed the polls.

For the same reason "Al Gore "thought he invented the Internet.
For the same reason John Kennedy , Lyndon B. Johnson thought they were going to clean up Asian.
As much as I dispose Bush he was a Genesis nest to Kennedy and Johnson.
Bush is doing about all he can at this time and he issues reports off of information taken from people under him.

So you think it is all fine and dandy that 9/11 took place, right? You believe that the people that died in that attack don't count? The way to avoid attacks on our own SOIL is to keep the animals over there. I am not really sure what you are asking - apparently you think that Desert Storm and 9/11 claimed zero American lives - hmmmmmm....how is YOUR math?

Apparently you are another liberal who does not get it.

We are not at war with the Iraqis. We are at war with the muslim population that has declared war on us. Iraq is the place these muslims have chosen to fight us.

Get it?

Probably not

I would stop calling Bush stupid when a very simple thing like this is beyond your grasp.

US Embassy Bombings in Africa (Clinton administration), 12 dead Americans, 212 additional deaths, 4000 injured

You do the math.

wOW, you may be an idiot. One, I didn't vote for Bush, but I am able to see why he made the statement. It wasn't the fact that Iraqi's were killing us, it's the fact that the country OPENLY CONFESSED providing material support to the Taliban, which has killed Americans dating back to 1982. You are an idiot.

Dubya has done the math, or I should say his aides have done the math for him. Unfortunately the loss of lives doesn't come into the equation for them.
I would have phrased the question, "Why are the Bush supporters unable to do the math"?
