Your baby is most likely just fine. How far along are you? The early the pregnancy the better off the baby is. I would stop taking it and talk to your OB about it.

This website says it is not known what will happen if you take phentermine while pregnant. Is your doctor aware you are taking this medication? You might want to move up your initial visit with the OB so you can discuss this, at the very least call and talk to one of the doctor's nurses and they can tell you whether to stop taking it or not.

i would stop taking the medication and when you go to your doctors tell them you been taking them and ask them but i say your baby should be find if you arnt that far because alot of women dont know and take things not safe for a baby and they turn out fine so dont worry and congratulations on baby...

You need to talk to an OB/GYN. This site, http://www.phentermine.com/overview_3.htm, says that they're no known effects on the fetus; but you do need to stop taking them now.
