Why is the United Nations Organisation so lenient to USA?

We very often notice that the UNO has been a very obedient to USA in international issues.At times USA doesn't adhere to UNO's rules and regulations.But if another country does the same the UNO shows colours.Is there any special provisions in UNO only for USA?
Wonderful UNO!! wonder the abreviation "UNO" represent some other meanings.

BEFORE U.N.O..LEAGUE OF NATIONS WAS FORMED BY WORLD COUNTRIES.....BUT THE U.S DID'NT JOIN IT..SO IT FAILED..

..U,S IS THE WORLD POWER....IF U.S OPPOSES SOMETHING THEN THAT THING IN PRESENT CONTEXT DOES'NT HOLD ANY VALUE.......

BUT THINGS ARE CHANGING.....WORLD IS UNDERSTANDING FAST THAT......YES A SINGLE COUNTRY CANNOT DEAFEAT THE U.S.....BUT TOGETHER THE WORLD COUNTRIES CAN OPPOSE THEM...IRAQ IS AN EXAMPLE....WHERE WHOLE OF EUROPE AND ASIA,SOUTH AMERICA OPPOSED IT EXCEPT BRITAIN.........AND THE RESULT NOW THE U. IS IN MESS......AND WORLD DOES'NT WANT TO GET INVOLVE IN MESS CREATED BY BRITS ANSD U.S.....EVEN "NATO"--REFUSED THEIR FORCE TO U.S.....

ANOTHER EXAMPLE....IS THE W.T.O----------HERE INDIA AND BRAZIL ALONG WITH OTHER THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES JOINED AND OPPOSE THE UNJUST SUBSIDIES TO AMERICAN AND EUROPEAN FARMERS.......THE W.T.O MEET FAILED LAST TIME ........AND NOW NEGOTIATIONS ARE ON TO MAKE IT WORK THIS TIME.,..

SO THINGS ARE CHANGING FAST ....WITH THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES UNDERSTANDING THEIR WORTH....THE WORLD ORDER WILL SOON BECOME BALANCED..

Well, maybe because America is the heregon of the world, also because we provide half their funding (at least) also because the UN gets quagmired in discussions and debates, they are ineffective and cant take action. And what do you mean if another country disobeys them they dont get in trouble, What about Iran, North Korea, Lebanon, Syria, and Sudan, the UN hasnt done anything about the problems there. The US is also usually the majority of the UN's peacekeeping force and funder of operations, so if we did leave the UN it would flounder. We can look to history as an example, the League of Nations, a organization before the UN which was basically the same thing was inefficient and worthless because the United States didnt join it.

The Bible would not refer to it as the "United Nations", obviously. However, the Bible does speak of a global currency, and a world government. We are seeing these things come into play right now with the European Union and the "Euro" currency (note also all the talk about how worthless the U.S. dollar has become, with some no longer recognizing it). And all of this stuff is happening in the area that was formerly the Roman Empire, which is, according to the Bible, from where the Antichrist will emerge. And these nations all have a dislike for Israel, which is also predicted by the Bible. All this could all be ignored, I suppose, but it seems far too obvious to me.

anything against the UN by any country is like saying they are not a part of this world. The US being such an economic power has the biggest responsibility out of any nation to be under UN regulations, let us not forget the more power you possess, the more responsibilty you have.

The whole organizational structure of UN is wrong.The concept of 5 permanent members in the Security Council deciding the fate of 200 other nations is pure stupidity.

Largely because of the GOlden rule....the USA has tho gold so we make the rules.......because of the tremendous amount of money the US spensa to support the UN, house it, protect it, etc. We have clout other nations dont. ANother reason is that we dont need the UN. We would get along fine without it and the UN knows that.
