You file First! I've always heard that gives you the upper hand! He is just doing that so he doesn't have to take the responsibility of the one that"filed".He is only trying to manipulate you! Don't let him!! He left you so you file abandonment. That can be your grounds for divorce!

What are you waiting for? He is playing games with you to see if he still has you hooked, and apparently he does. Go file the papers and move on with your life. There is no moving back, only moving forward.

File for divorce. He just doesn't want to pay court costs. Talk to a lawyer.

File. The jerk abandoned you and in mostly all states, that is grounds for divorce and custody.

GL and best wishes.

If he won't file them, contact an attorney. They can help you.

If he still won't file them, you should. Just file under "irreconcilible differences."
