I want to get into management. Where do I start? School wise.?

What classes should I start with? Would like to do on-line schooling. Thank you!!

Kaplan college has both Associate's and Bachelor's degrees in management. It is regionally accredited (which is the highest accreditation in the U.S. and is what you want to look for) and you can get federal financial aid to attend.

Think about what field you want to be a manager in. Are you interested in Financial Management? Get a part-time job as a teller at a bank. Human Resource Management? Get a job as a HR clerk. The experience and contacts you make while you are getting the degree will be as valuable as the degree itself. This is doubly true with an online degree.
