I am not sure where you work so I don't know if you can do this or not, but at great way to ease back pain from pregnancy is to get on all fours on the floor and just let your belly hang . Feels so good.

If you can't do that at work then I would say you need a new chair with good lower back support.

When your at work you should bring a regular sized pillow if you can. Along with that, a smaller pillow for the lower part of your back. Your back has a natural curve so you should crattle the curve not push against them with hard surfaces like a regular office chair.

Put a box or something under your desk to lift your feet. you gotta get up every now an then as much as possible. Sit up straight as much as you can too. ohhhhh i feel your pain!

Oh and definately take advice from the people above me, get a heating pad and put a pillow behind your back!

Unfortunately, back pain will stick around through most of your preganacy. Just try getting up out of your chair a few times an hour to move around and stretch out.

Hi, You could try a pillow arched in your lower back, or try elevating your feet on something. Also try stretching your
shoulders back, that will release some pressure from your lower
back also. Good luck on your pregnancy and God bless you.

try to stand up from your chair and move a little, do easy exercise. You can use a pillow or 2 on your chair for a back support.
