what type memory is used in cells? is it same or similar to sdram or dram or is it permanent memory chip(s) similar to a computer?how do they retain memory? do cells use crystal like radios to recieve and send signal?

These days cell phones have small amount of internal SD RAM and the rest is flash memory or memory of SD cards. SD stands for Secure Digital.
