it will be approximately 1.5 teaspoonful

A teaspoon is approximately 5grams or 5millilitres. But grams are a weight and millilitres are volume.

I'm not good at conversion rates, but I do have a book that says that an ounce compared to a gram is 0.03527oz per gram. So multiply 8 grams times the ounces and round up. I hope this helps. Heck, I hope it works!
