I love the varying views on these answers. I wasn't sure how well I'd be received, especially from some of the haters on Yahoo! Answers. Yeah, there are a few "Liberals are stupid" people out there, but hey, it's easy to ignore them

I am lucky enough to not have ultracon relatives!
I was a teenage Republican.(Ricky Santorum?)
THEN I BECAME A MAN!
VERY needy and delusions of granduer.
I will not vote Republican because I am Skeptical to conventional
organized religion.
Only the Democrats allow for thr rights of us heretics.
Republican bash Atheists and Agnostics for money.
Which is vile beyond approach.

LMAO at John and Hopeof Kingdom!!! no longer something they say has any concerning Judaism by any skill. each thing they have self assurance in Christianity comes from paganism, no longer Judaism. there's no "going to hell" in Judaism. there's no "going to heaven" in Judaism. And the Jews are the only ones given with the help of God the factors with the help of which to understand who's the authentic Messiah and who isn't. And Christians had extra effective start up remembering that, because of the fact as this is they're sitting there with a pagan virgin HUMAN sacrifice, this is an abomination to God. good success with that, adult men. ========================================... Now, to respond to your question. You call the closest Conservative Synagogue and you ask the secretary or whoever solutions, if the Rabbi there performs conversions. If she says confident, then ask to make an appointment to speak with the Rabbi. she would be able to make an appointment for you, and take your call and speak to quantity - or the Rabbi could call you first relatively and then p.c. an appointment time for you himself. Please observe that Orthodox (classic) Judaism does not evaluate conversions finished with the help of the Conservative to be valid. you will nonetheless be a Gentile of their eyes after your Conservative conversion. in user-friendly terms a head's up for you in case that concerns to you or could remember to you interior the destiny.

My family is the opposite - I'm the conservative in a family of liberals. When my mother saw the R on my voter's card, she said "I didn't raise my son to be a Republican." Which was absolutely true - I became one by doing my own thinking.
