Brachioplasty (arm lift). No matter what, my arms will always be big and flabby. The skin got stretched out from wight lifting in high school, and then I got fat after having a baby. Now, I have lost a bunch of weight and still have huge arms.

I would most definitely get a breast reduction. I would consider a tummy tuck, but only if I still have the mother's apron after getting to my goal weight.

Well i would like to have my Boobs Bigger , my Top Lip a bit Fuller , an a mini Face life :)

I'd change my nose - I don't like it, think it's too big. But not willing to pay out of the nose for it - NO PUN INTENDED HAHAHA.
And perhaps a tummy tuck.

Liposuction. Simply because of health reasons I can't exercise enough to loss weight.

ooo, where to start!!!! Id have fuller lips,, tummy tuck,hmmm well guess i could live with the rest of me,,, but if they could do something that would give me prettier hair,,id really appreciate it...
oh yea, and one breast size bigger would be nice!
