I have a distant memory from when I went to university, that I read something about Berne's 'Transaction analysis' being used by organizational psychologists as a tool for mapping and resolving organizational issues. Unfortunately I cannot find any mention of this anywhere. Can anyone help? I need references to where I can find the material myself - the more precise, the better.

Thanks for the answer. I think I need to be a little more specific, though. I do not need references on the theory per se, but on the theory applied to organizational psychology.

Hope these would help.
