Your argument seems to be that it is not fair that the others did not get fired because they behaved just as badly as you did. The law doesn't work that way and I think you deserved to get fired. The employer might be making a bad decision to retain those other employees, but that's really none of your business. You don't need to look for justice anymore, because it was already dished out to you.

It does not matter what others do. You were wrong you were fired. Move on!
Keep in mind Sexual Harrassment in any form will cost your your job--eventually.
Be smart next time
Good luck in your job hunting.
and, oh by the way, what are you going to list as reason for dismissal?
hmmm...to lie on your application, gets you fired later.
to tell the truth on your application...gets you not hired now.

hmmmm.

I guess the little butt touching, and joke telling has far reaching consequences..doesn't it?

Justice...in Texas....for the woman...wouldnt you say!

the proverbial sexual harassment crapola..

Unfortunately, the employer is likely in the right here and covering their butts. I work in an environment with about 70% c&nts. I keep my comments and hands to myself.

Women in the workplace is going to be the bain of society.

Even if you were the "best" employee they had it's likely not worth fighting save some severance pay. If you have witnesses then you may be able to fight the he-said-she-said crap..

Find a different job, where there are very few women, you'll be much happier in the long run.. A proverbial blessing in disguise.

AS AN EMPLOYEE You have a right to know what the allegations were, you have a right to rebuttal, unless your state considers employment at will. Where they can terminate without cause.

Keep it mind when you go to a new place of employment.

My uncle was subjected to a bunch of crap at the hands of women in the work place, he didn't pull any punches. Somehow women want equality but the sexual harassment crap is a weapon they can pull out when they want to exercise power. "un-phuck" them, get out and don't look back.

Sounds like you were the low guy on the totem pole who got nailed. Getting your job back isn't going to happen. You may be able to sue, but unless you have documentation to back up your claims you probably won't get anywhere. Probably the best you can do is look for another job, and ask your former boss for a good reference.

The problem? Justice in Texas/ You have few rights if no union/

But speak to a lawyer down there as you dont want the charges following you. IF you file for unimployment will they contest it. You can have a hearing.

SORRY GOOD LUCK

Find a new job and remember the lesson you learned. The old job just won't be the same, even if you did win (not to mention how much $$ a lawyer would cost).

And if lil johnny jumped off the bridge would you do it? You were all wrong. Imagine if that was your mate or family member. Get over it. Catch those bastards that sold you out in the parking lot; yeah believe me they sold you out.

BTW, did she previously grab your butt and/or groin? If she did at least you got something for your troubles.
