1) If my body is made up of atoms that are blinking in and out of existence, where am I when my body isn't here. 2) If you can not be what you can observe, then I can't be my body or my mind because I can observe them. So am I the background on which everything( the frequency world) is happening?

I think you should recategorize your question to Arts & Humanities -> Philosophy :)

But overall it is possible to say that on a long timescale, your body is not made of matter, but is rather a matter-based process. Matter may come and go, while the process goes on for decades. For example, river is made of water but this water flows and is replaced with new water constantly. River is not a set of water molecules, it is rather a kind of process. The same for your body.

1) Atoms don't blink out of existence. In Quantum theory ONLY, some of their constituent subatomic particles can do so, but not all at the same time. Thus, as far as we're concerned at the macroscopic level, entire atoms don't "blink out of existence".

2) "If you can not be what you can observe" is only true IN QUANTUM THEORY at the atomic and subatomic level.

You seem to be mixing up subatomic behaviour with the physics of larger objects. That's just plain wrong.

Also, you said that you could observe your mind. Please state exactly how you are able to do that. If you can provide a verifiable means of observing minds, you will revolutionize all of human thought.

ok. question 2 is a bit mad so i cant answer that but if your whole body's atoms were blinking in and out of existance im sure they all wouldn't be doing it at the same time, and im sure u can live without one atom hear and there for a second or two, you'd still have lots left

What makes you think atoms blink in and out of existence? They don't. Accept that and the rest will come to you.

You cannot observe yourself (all of yourself) only images of yourself. Images in water, through a mirror, or some photographic means.
