i just had sex about 2 nights ago (protected), and now all these things are happening and i cant tell if its because im about to get my period or im pregnant. i have a white discharge coming out that sort of smells weird, and ive been getting lower back cramps... what do you think? my periods are usually irregular...? he was also a virgin so i dont think it could be a disease.

If you just had sex two nights ago you wouldn't be having pregnancy symptoms yet. Medically speaking, you're not even pregnant until implantation takes place 6-12 days after conception and your body starts producing pregnancy hormone. Add to that the fact that you had protected sex and the evidence leans heavily in favor of PMS symptoms rather than pregnancy.
Sometimes sex with a new partner (or a sensitivity to condoms or lube) seems to trigger a disruption to the balance between the bacteria and yeast that normally live in your vagina. Weird smelling discharge could indicate either a yeast infection or bacterial vaginitis... if the discharge is accompanied by itching, have it checked out by a doctor.

You could be just being paranoid about the smell coz of just have had sex. White discharge is normal - it could be either nothing, or simply a bit of thrush (you may itch, but not necessarily) - pessaries freely available from chemist and can't do any harm even if it isn't thrush. Sounds like you're due on. Can't hurt to go and get yourself checked out for infection/inflamation just to put your mind at rest.
Nurses doing a smear will usually check for unusual smells - and they're usually really helpful - try family planning - the experts!

You said protected, so it shouldn't be a disease, and you can't be pregnant, unless your protection didn't hold up, then it sounds like some kind of STD, thick dischage with a smell. I say go to the doctor, just because he says he's a virgin he might not be......

I agree you can't tell after 2 day, you could be ovulating. And the same goes for any std's you wouldn't know after 2 days. and you did say you used protection. It could also be nerves, if it was your first time.

Sounds like the normal pains from your period. Are u gaining water weight? Take a midol and chill, you'll be fine!! If not they have the morning after pill !!!!

You cant tell that quick. You could have gotten an std or you have an infection. You need to go to the doc. asap and get tested!

you wouldnt tell your pregnant after two days. its probably just your period.
