a long. i had a drug problem so to his advance he calls defacts.i failed several test and they took the twins and put them at my mothers,which is next door to me.okay i hve gotten off drugs for good!been clean 8months now.he doesn't come to see the boys but every other sunday for a couple of hours.now he is living with another woman and we aren't divorced yet.we haven't even filed.this is not right!when trying to see an attonery all they want is money ,money.i don't have a job.he left me high and dry.my parents had to buy me a van because he let the van get repoed.i never worked when we were married just a house wife.can he get away with this?i am out here looking for a job and going to school to get my GED.I am trying to get on with my life and still run into disaster about getting a divorce.i need advice please.is there anyone out there that could tell me of a good attorney that doesn't cost out the ***?whats so bad i did not want this divorce but now he needs to go his marry way!

First get a job. You can't really afford to do anything until you have one. You can file for divorce without a lawyer. go here http://www.wethepeopleusa.com/ to find out how. It does still cost money, but nowhere near the amount it would if you saw a lawyer. If you want you kids back you will have to show that you have what it takes to support them, and right now, you don't, but once you have a job that will start to change. If he contests the divorce you can get him on the grounds of infidelity.

try legal aid in your state call your local Department Of Human Services they can set you up with a free attorney or one you can afford Good Luck with your Drug Free Life God Bless You
