I'm chaep so i don't pay for anything. Please tell me where to find free manga i adicited to the stuff so are my friends. Dont say the libary.

for anime - www.youtube.net/ but you need to type in the anime that you want, because it's a video site. i mean that it doesn't ONLY do anime...

Try a local large chain bookstore like Boarders or Barns & Noble. Sure you can't take the books home with you but you can still sit around the store and read them for free, and the have a fairly large selection now a days so you should find what ever it is your looking for.
