when I was doing that I just asked people if they were interested. Usually if they bought Avon every two weeks they were really interested in selling it cause they got a good discount. Make sure that if you recruit your customers that you have more to replace them, you don't want to cut your profit. Your customers will make your best representatives. Good Luck, there is some good money in it when you start getting recruits

Try posting flyers and explaining to people the benefits of being an Avon seller.
