No, of course not. But I am concerned because of reports that say the Quoran requires muslims that non-muslims must be 1.converted, 2.subjected, or 3.killed. If that is true, then its going to be real difficult to live in peace.

I believe you are asking if they are synonymous and the answer is clearly no.
Islam ORIGINALLY was a peace based religion. It was years of radicals who perverted it over the years, just as some religious radicals have perverted the Bible.
The problem comes in with the radical Islamics feeling that they are the ultimate people and all others should die. That is not the teachings of Islam, that is the teaching of the radicals.
So they are not synonymous.

Islam is defined in arabic as "to submit". And muslim as "one who submits". A terrorist can be any man or group that has different techniques for a cretain goal. You can call the american government the largest terrorist group in the world if one chooses. You can even call the fore fathers of america terrorists. But they were more genocidal than terroroists. You can call the British in Africa terrorists, but who really cares if it does not affect me?
