Go to view tab, then toolbars, look for check marks and ones that don't have check marks, re check them.

View >> Tool Bars >> Standard Buttons

Right click on that toolbar where u was having these buttons and click customize and select the option u want

right click any open space where those buttons used to be
and put a check next to standard buttons

Super Easy Right Click on the Browser (where it should be and click Cusomize or Add boutons. You can add or remove boutons you use or dont use.
