I have read these three books The Witching Hour, Lasher and Taltos 4 times over the years, even have the companions guide. It is a difficult read but once you get into it its great. The time Anne Rice put into this , developing the family lines is mind boggling. Does anyone think that a mini-series should be made of this. It would be complicated, and probably would not do the book justice, but the vampires made the big screen.

I loved the first book, but was found the second and third installments less exciting. The first book I read several times, though.
