especially in Brooklyn where if you talk to someone they seem like they don't know exactly what they are talking about. why is that? it seems funny 2 me.

It is not just education affect action of people in general, it is the way they grew up and the people around them, it tend to be very simple to be a butt head when there is bunch of people that is the same way. That is why you need to get out of there before they affect your brain. Anger and being mad is like a virus it spreads out very fast.

Are you sure you do not mean New Orleans? Down here, you can't even understand the words, mostly because they are mumbling to themselves with nobody around to answer them.
I think that we just have alot of uneducated people in our society, no matter where you are.
