Alcohol is, chemically, a poison. Whenever you are not in the best of health, it is always medically recommended that you refrain from drinking.
Due to a high level of metabolism, Alcohol can alter the manner in which your body absorbs medication. One of the many things Doctor's study is the time and manner in which the medication they prescribe is absorbed.
You should always tell your Doctor the truth, especially about metabolising agents, such as alcohol. If you are concerned about the effects of Alcohol on Tapazole, give your doctor a call, and ask him/her.
