If you make good money find an auction on ebay or a charity fund raiser and buy a walk-on role. Then you don't have to bother with training, auditions, etc. and you can say you did it.

Find an acting class and take lessons. You can call the universities in the city where you live, ask for the Head of the Theater Department and ask him or her for suggestions on where to study acting. You can also call the community colleges and ask them the same question.

You get a speaking part in a movie when you audition for a role and are hired. Since you have never acted register for acting classes so you will understand the acting business. Your acting teacher will be a good resource for questions about getting into the industry.

Goodness... you're a 30 something person who makes well into the 6 figures, and you're asking me... a 50 something member of the screen actors guild who makes well into the 5 figures how to find yourself a role in film?

I'll advise you for a fee.

Train. Audition. Get a role, if you're good enough.

Los Angeles is full of dilettantes who kinda sorta think it would be fun/cool to be an actor. They clog up the audition room, but, fortunately, they don't get cast much. Don't become one of them.

Do you mean you want to be in a Hollywood movie? If not, maybe you can produce an independent movie and have yourself be in it. (Or write and direct it yourself). Then submit it to festivals. Or if you want to be in a Hollywood movie, take acting classes, do plays, do independents and student films and commercials and whatever you can, move to LA, get an agent, take more classes in LA, and audition for movies there.
