Yes there are. The Noreigan Blue Fox and the Russian Blue domestic house cat. They both have bluish grey fur. So beautiful, we had a cat like that but after 18 beautiful years we had to say good bye to our beloved pet.

A bright flaming blue? Not that I know of. There are some animals with a bluish tint, however.

Chow dogs can be dark slate blue, as can certain other breeds of domestic animals.

Then there are tree sloths....because they live in damp, humid jungles moss grows on their fur giving it a green tint. But this is due to outside forces, and not the intrinsic color of the fur itself.

Some primates, such as the mandrill, have bright blue areas of skin, especially on their faces and sometimes on their butts.

Basically, bright colors such as blue are non-existant because mammals don't use color (except for higher primates - the fact that we blush is evidence of non-verbal communication by the use of color) for signalling like reptiles, birds, fish and many invertebrates do.
