In all honesty, I think he should be made to suffer for his crimes only if the court system can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he is truly guilty. Although he should still answer for his escape, burglary, and auto theft.

It could be considered as a possibility, but I think the best decision would be life in prison, but keep him in a more secure Jail.
