if you're a member at gaiaonline, there's at least one AC:WW guild (and probably several for DS games). and there's also at least one livejournal community dedicated to AC:WW. there's also a message board at animal crossing ahead where you can arrange meetings and trades (read the post in the link).
I'd give you mine, but as of right now, if I can wifi twice a month I'm lucky, so there's no point.
