A CD case. Kids her age are generally into music. Accompany the case with a portable CD player.
Otherwise a gift certificate to a music store, jewelry store, book store.

Take her shopping and you will spend time with her and get her a gift(s) and you should have at least $100. Have fun and I hop you find what you are looking for.

go to walmart and get her in the toy section a bunch of arts and crafts projects to do. They have some where you can make necklaces, bracelets, picture frames, keychains, etc. She will love it and she will enjoy making her own things.
