I did the uninstall and there are still some components remaining, and it is affecting another program due to the pop up blocker tool????

You havent uninstalled all the software in add remove programs then!

Ok you should look for a program called Registry Mechanic and that will remove all the registrys and also restart your computer
Also inside of internet explorer above the address bar click on a empty area and uncheck Yahoo

Control Panel > Add/remove programs > Remove them

go to your control panel open add or remove programs, it is self explanatory after that.

control panel.....uninstall......that should work
