I am a biologist, there is no such thing as odor causing bacteria in the air. Smells in homes are caused by either mildew or bacteria on the surface. These products are a waste of time. Try cleaning pet areas really well and by all means dry out damp areas (you may not see them but they are there). The best product is a product called Damp-X.

Oust, Odorban, Lysol anti-bacterial room spray will all work. And, none of them leave a floral or other scent to mask odors, they eliminate the cause of the odor.

Could light scented candles, clean with clorox, or cut up fresh lemons and boil on stove with some water, or cinnamon sticks work well boiled also. Popourri works well also can put in a warmer or just set aeound the house in baskets

Odo ban you Can buy it at Super walmart or on-line.this is a natural cleaner with eucalyptus oil in it. When you spray aerosol sprays most use formaldehyde or other chemical you sure do not want to breath in. or like the other lady said about the vinegar.

While Febreeze does work really well, have even known it get rid of skunk odor.( no, kidding, my mom's dog got sprayed!) Just cleaning your house thoroughly and open windows to air it out occasionally works wondrously.
