I would cut off his eye lids so he couldn't sleep. I would nail him to a floor where he couldn't move. Get a surgeon to remove his hands and penis. Cut his body with 1000 tiny slits and throw salt and lemon juice on him constanly. line up everyone that lost someone in 911 and let everybody open handedly slap him in the face. Shove shards of glass under his toenails. Pull every hair out of his body slowly one by one. Bend his bones slowly until they crack and break like green twigs. Make him learn to speak English and force his to be a Jehova's Witness. Permenantly sew his nose shut. Starve him, then cut off his testicles and cook them in front of him so he knows what he's eating. All while I hire a doctor to keep him alive for the duration. When it gets to be no more fun to me, turn him over to someone else or let him go in New York.

My motto, an eye for an eye when it comes to this situation. I would stick him in a high rise building and send a plane to hit his building and let him get a taste of his own medicine. If that wasn't possible, then I would stick him in a jail with some big boy named Bubba who is looking for a new playmate. Let him suffer.

I'll just lock him in a room with pictures of the victims during his terror campaign pasted all over the wall and force him 2 watch the faces every day, every night. May they rest in peace....
