A pinky is a baby mouse. It is newborn or so young that it doesn't have fur yet, and just the pink skin is showing. Fuzzies are baby mice that are a little older and have fur.

Pinky has nothing to do with breed or kind of mouse it has to do with it being a very young mouse. When mice are born they are pink and completly helpless. They grow quickly into mice, but pinkies are commonly used for food for snakes. Hope that answers your question.
