Tea tree oil.Drink about 2 litres of water a day.Snack on fresh veg and fruit instead of those oiling, salty snacks or that chocolate.Exercise regularly, get lots of fresh air.
Use a natural facial scrub three days a week as do a clay or mud mask.
Moisturise according to skin type and season
Keep to a regime for about 6 weeks before you get to see results

Apple Cider Vinegar! After washing your face, apply the apple cider vineagr to your face with a cotton wool ball. Do this everytime you wash your face. Its great for oiliness and spots.
Also B5 (which is a vitamin) taken in larger doses fights acne like a monster! Go to www.b5clearskin.com for more advice!
